SSJ protocol
The SSJ training program is a program that I have designed specifically for guys who have been training in the gym for more than 1 year and have good experience in the gym ( Intermediate level ).
The objective of this program is always to achieve results both in aesthetic terms (in my programs this is always the most important objective) and in terms of muscle mass .
If you have good confidence in the gym and want to move to the next level this is the program for you .
It is divided into 13 weeks (2 blocks of 7 weeks divided by 1 week of active unloading), 4 workouts per week with exercises/rep range/progressions that will vary each week.
I imagine you will be tired of doing things without a criterion and a well-set progression , you will see that as soon as you start seeing results you will never go back to the usual boring programs.
If you have been training for at least 1-5 years, and have already followed correct and demanding programming, I recommend you start with this package, in order to have a structured program that allows you to achieve the objectives and results you desire, and then eventually move to the next level.
The program is suitable for use in the gym or in a well-equipped home gym. It focuses equally on all muscle groups.
