The REDEMPTION PROTOCOL is the program that brought back my passion for training after a dark period in my life. It allowed me to be reborn and that's what I'm having the best experience with ever. Finally I can say that I can recommend this program to all of you. I have divided it into 3 different versions, specifically designed to adapt to your training level and your availability of weekly sessions. There are therefore 3 versions available:
- REDEMPTION PROTOCOL (3 times a week)
- REDEMPTION PROTOCOL (4 times a week)
- REDEMPTION PROTOCOL (5 times a week).
Choose the one that best suits you.
The objective of this program is always to achieve results both in aesthetic terms (in my programs it is always the most important objective) and in muscle mass, without obviously taking away importance from the development of strength.
The program lasts 13 weeks (3 months) (2 blocks of 6 weeks of training divided by 1 week of active unloading). The 6-week blocks will obviously be partly different from each other, in order to guarantee a variety of exercises and always keep the training stimulus high.
I imagine you will be tired of all those super pre-set or too complicated to follow worksheets, with more mathematical calculations and percentages to follow than exercises. This PROTOCOL is "simple" but at the same time "perfect". The secret ingredient to making it the best workout ever is the hunger you'll put into the gym when you follow it. Fuck math and science, let's have fun.
The program is suitable for use in the gym or in a well-equipped home gym (alternative exercises are therefore also proposed within the sheet based on the availability of the gym where you train). It focuses equally on all muscle groups, but gives greater focus on the districts of: CHEST-BACK-LEGS.
