The GOKU training program is a program that I have studied specifically for kids who are starting to approach the world of bodybuilding, with the aim of achieving results both in aesthetic terms (in my programs this is always the most important objective) and in terms of mass . muscular .

If you are new to training or have been training for less than 6-12 months, this is the program for you.

It is divided into 13 weeks (2 blocks of 7 weeks divided by 1 week of active unloading), 3 workouts per week with exercises/rep ranges/progressions that will vary each week.

I imagine you will be tired of doing things without a criterion and a well-set progression , you will see that as soon as you start seeing results you will never go back to the usual boring programs.

If you have been training for less than 6-12 months, or have never followed correct and demanding programming, I recommend you start with this package, in order to lay concrete foundations for your path, and then possibly move on to the next level.

The program is suitable for use in the gym or in a well-equipped home gym. It focuses equally on all muscle groups.
