Divine Protocol
The DIVINE training program is my personal training program that I used to get to the physical level I am at now .
It's a program for crazy kids, who train in the gym with the sole aim of destroying themselves, for those who have something inside to fight . I recommend this training program to anyone who has at least 5 years of gym training behind them and wants to make the leap in quality. The objective of this program is always to achieve results both in aesthetic terms (in my programs this is always the most important objective) and in terms of muscle mass .
If you are one of those people who destroys their body to find mental peace, well you are in the right place.
It is divided into 13 weeks (2 blocks of 7 weeks divided by 1 week of active unloading), 5 workouts per week with exercises/rep ranges/progressions that will vary each week.
I imagine you will be tired of doing things without a criterion and a well-set progression , you will see that as soon as you start seeing results you will never go back to the usual boring programs.

The program is suitable for use in the gym or in a well-equipped home gym. It focuses equally on all muscle groups.
